This three-station system provides over a dozen of the best, most effective free weight exercises in machine form. Leverage machines combine the feel and resistance of free weights, with the safety and control of a machine. The multi system does not use any cables or pulleys so aside from pure motion. The LeverGym Advantage: Lever Arms drive the exercises. Weight plates are loaded directly onto the lever which simply replaces the barbell thus providing the natural feel and resistance of free weight with the safety and control of a machine.
